INDIANAPOLIS – After an investigation that lasted more than 2 years, the University of Oregon will finally find out its punishment from the NCAA on Wednesday.
The NCAA announced that it will release the report from the its Committee on Infractions on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. PT. The report will reveal sanctions that Oregon’s football program will face stemming from its use of scouting services that did not comply with NCAA bylaw.
Oregon’s athletic department released the following statement today:
“We have been informed by the NCAA that the Committee on Infractions report on the University of Oregon will be released tomorrow. Until we have received and reviewed the report we will not comment.”
